Cooking with Larry) Larry Lehman, SMU, Operations Manager   Operations Manager Larry Lehman with Professor John Clarke of UT Austin.   Our operations manager Larry Lehman goes the extra mile, day after day, for the students and staff on the excavation. Among his many varied duties is the preparation of lunches for field crews and conservation lab staff. Each week Larry makes soups and salads to augment our lunches of leftovers, cheese, meat, fruit, and bread.
