Call Center Hours

Monday - Thursday:
6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

The Tele-Pony call center is located on campus, and is open Sunday - Thursday. On any given night, the call center is alive with up to 15 students reaching out to SMU alumni and parents. Callers speak to an average of 8 alumni per hour, which equates to 100 - 200 phone calls per evening!

Tele-Pony callers reach out to undergraduate and graduate alumni to share updates about SMU. They also call alumni celebrating their Reunion year, as well as Parents of current students and recent graduates.
