Language: Spanish.
Origin: Ciudad Rodrigo: 1567.
Description: Illuminated manuscript on parchment. 54 leaves. 35 x 25 cm. Single column of 38 lines. Textblock: 21 x 13 cm.
Binding: Contemporary gold-tooled leather tooled with name Miguel de Carabeo, Ciudad Rodrigo, etc.
Comments: Written in Gothic rotunda. "Executoria de hidalguia & pedimiento de Miguel de Carabeo de Ciudad Rodrigo." October 23, 1567.
Decoration: Richly illuminated panels of Carabeo arms, Justice (?), St. James, St. Michael, Orpheus, etc. Initials in gold on blue or red throughout. Decorative borders of flowers and birds. Gold filigree on red.
