Working in conjunction with the Processing Priorities Team, the Priorities Implementation Team (PIT) provides a central point of communication between CIP and all the libraries in CUL for the purpose of handling acquisitions, cataloging, and database maintenance requests. The most frequent requests fall into the following categories: order or invoice status, rush cataloging, database corrections, location changes, transfers, withdrawals, and general information about the Voyager acquisitions and cataloging modules.

The majority of PIT requests come by email. The requesters use the established address: The requests are received into the inbox of the PIT leader and  members as email messages.

PIT requests are treated as top priority. If you should be forwarded a PIT request, follow the guidelines listed below:
