Long Description: Contains setup data on Academic Organizations (departments). Acad Orgs own Acad Plans and Subjects. Acad Orgs are in a tree structure, grouped by School (which itself is an Org code)

EFF_STATUS	Active or inactive as of effective date
DESCR	Academic Organization description
DESCRFORMAL	Academic Organization description, 50 characters max
