Short Description: Listing of "tags" for the University Curriculum for undergraduates

Long Description: Attributes defined at the course level roll down to class sections as they are scheduled. Section specific attributes are only at this level.

SESSION_CODE	Session Code, within a term
CLASS_SECTION	Class Section
CRSE_ATTR	Course Attribute (parent to course attribute value)
CRSE_ATTR_VALUE	Course Attribute Value (child of course attribute)
