DEGREE	Code for the Degree
EFFDT	Date the data or action takes effect
EFF_STATUS	Active or inactive as of effective date
DESCRSHORT	Short description is used in reporting because the code is too short and does not allow mixed case
DESCR	Degree description
DESCRFORMAL	Degree description, 50 characters max
EDUCATION_LVL	Degree education level (bachelors, masters, etc.)
