Table Information for EXT_ACAD_SUM:

Table: EXT_ACAD_SUM - External Academic Summary

Short Description: Summary of high school record

Long Description: Summary includes high school GPA, and class rank data

Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
EXT_ORG_ID	External Organization ID
EXT_SUMM_TYPE	Term Type (quarter, semester, etc.) for the external data
CLASS_RANK	High School Class Rank
CLASS_SIZE	High School Class Size
EXT_GPA	Raw GPA from the external source (usually high school)
CONVERT_GPA	High school GPA converted to 4.0 scale
PERCENTILE	High school class rank percentile

Criteria Notes:

Set field EXT_SUMM_TYPE to HSOV to pull high school overall GPA, field EXT_GPA

Field CONVERT_GPA will have the GPA converted to a 4.0 scale.
