Short Description: Data used by Financial Aid

Long Description: Institutional Student Information Record. Data for an aid year used in the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) application. Record has EFC and PELL eligibility.

Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
AID_YEAR	Aid Year for financial aid data (begins with a fall term)
EFFDT	Date the data or action takes effect
PELL_ELIGIBILITY	Pell Grant Eligibility
EFC_STATUS	EFC (effective family contribution) Status (official, rejected, unofficial)

Criteria Notes:

Data is maintained by AID_YEAR. An Aid Year begins with the Fall term, same as an Academic Year.
