Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
ETHNIC_GRP_CD	Code that represents ethnic group

Criteria Notes:

Join to this table by EMPLID for all of the ethnic/race selections made be a person

U_CC_PDATA_TBL has the ethnicity reporting value.

Ignore the value of "NON-HISP", this was briefly use to store ansering "no" to the Hispanic question.

The parent record (DIVERS_ETHNIC has HR row level security attached, do not use in query.
