Useful Fields:

EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
CONTACT_NAME	Emergency contact name
PRIMARY_CONTACT	Primary emergency contact
RELATIONSHIP	Relationship of emergency contact
SAME_ADDRESS_EMPL	Denotes if the address of the emergency contact is the same as the EMPLID
ADDRESS_TYPE	Address Types (common) are HOME (permanent) and MAIL (local)
ADDRESS1	Address Line 1
ADDRESS2	Address Line 2
ADDRESS3	Address Line 3
ADDRESS4	Address Line 4
CITY	City
STATE	State
POSTAL	Postal, or zip, Code
SAME_PHONE_EMPL	Denotes if the phone of the emergency contact is the same as the EMPLID
PHONE_TYPE	Phone Type (home, mail, etc.)
PHONE	Phone number

Criteria Notes:

Pull contact data from this record, this record does not have EMPLID for the emergency contact (though they may very well have one). EMPLID is the student's ID number.

For address, if field SAME_ADDRESS_EMPL is Y then use the address type in field ADDRESS_TYPE to pull that address for the EMPLID.

For address, if field SAME_PHONE_EMPL is Y then use the phone type in field PHONE_TYPE to pull that phone for the EMPLID.

The parent record (EMERGENCY_CONTACT) has HR row level security attached, do not use in query.
