Short Description: AARO cancellations

Long Description: Students who have cancelled their AARO registration

Useful Fields:

U_SL_OR_SESSION_CD	AARO Session code (FYR, TRN, Intl, Final)
SESSIONIDNUM	AARO Session number for an AARO term
CANCEL	Cancel flag for AARO, due to administrative action
CANCEL_FLAG	Cancel flag for AARO, due to student action

Criteria Notes:

In a "not in list" subquery to exclude cancellations, join back to the parent by EMPLID, STRM, U_SL_OR_SESSION_CD, and SESSIONIDNUM

There are two different cancel fields. Set both to Y with an OR statement
