EFFDT	Date the data or action takes effect
DEGR_HONORS_1	Degree Honors Code, first
DEGR_HONORS_2	Degree Honors Code, second

Criteria Notes:

When pulling degree candidates use this record to pull expected degree honors. Once awarded, pull degree honors from ACAD_DEGR_HONS

Join from ACAD_PROG or ACAD_PROG_TBL by EMPLID, ACAD_CAREER, and STDNT_CAR_NBR
