The Human Resources Employee Relations team provides coaching to employees and supervisors to support problem solving around performance issues. Team members also assist with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and skill building.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a confidential 24-hour hotline, counseling, referrals, online learning, and other assistance to support employees through a variety of life issues.
