OPRID	ID number of the relation granted access by the student
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
U_SA_AUTH_AREA	Release of Education Records Authorized Area

Criteria Notes:

OPRID is the ID number of the relation. EMPLID is the ID number of the student.
