Long Description: Term begin and end dates setup by academic career

Useful Fields:

ACAD_CAREER	Academic Career of the calendar setup for a term
STRM	Term
DESCR	Term description
ACAD_YEAR	Academic Year of the term
TERM_BEGIN_DT	Term Begin Date
TERM_END_DT	Term End Date
TERM_CATEGORY	Term Category (regular, intersession, etc.)

Criteria Notes:

Join by ACAD_CAREER and STRM.

ACAD_YEAR can be used to pull all terms within an academic year
