Table Information for ACCOUNT_SF:

Table: ACCOUNT_SF - Account (Student Financials)

Short Description: Account balance by term for students

Long Description: Students have two accounts, student and miscellaneous. Balances are shown for each student/account/term

Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
ACCOUNT_NBR	Account Number differentiates between tuition/fees, misc, and payment plan accounts
ACCOUNT_TERM	Term to which the financial transactions are attached.
ACCOUNT_TYPE_SF	A number that corresponds to an ACCOUNT_NBR. 0 is tuition/fees, 9 is misc.
ACCOUNT_BALANCE	Balance on a student's financial account with the University

Criteria Notes:

ACCOUNT_NBR = 'STUDENT001' has tuition, fees, housing, and meal plan charges. Also called the zero account (ACCOUNT_TYPE_SF).

ACCOUNT_NBR = 'MISC001' has charges for parking, library services, bookstore, and a few administrative fees. Also called the 9 account (ACCOUNT_TYPE_SF)

ACCOUNT_NBR = 'PMTPLAN001' is for moving balances to this account and managing payments under a payment plan
